"I chose Leader Basement because I was impressed with their philosophy of not trying to sell me something i don't need. I started with a sump pump and when i thought it was malfunctioning i was able to speak to the owner that night and Dave G. came to my house within 1/2 hour. I know that they'll be responsive when i need them. I wasn't charged for the service call. After I had the French drains put in 3 days later I got some water. Dave called me and assured me that he would fix the problem, which he did-again at no cost. I am very pleased so far with the system and more importantly, by the great customer service."
