Here is a look at a very impressive transformation of a basement in West Springfield, MA. This customer had a basement with a lot of water and damage, but it wasn't too much for us! We installed a complete waterproofing system including our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, CleanSpace Wall System, and a SuperPump...to name just a few parts of this incredible system.
This customer contacted us with water seeping into his basement- something that has been happening but not that badly until this past month when he had 2" of water in his basement! We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and IceGuard to combat the water and discharge it out and away from this basement. This before and after combination shows the space without the waterguard drainage system installed and then with the system underneath the floor and neatly sealed over with cement.
This customer is a Veteran and we are beyond grateful for his service and this opportunity to serve him. We have known him for some time now as we have installed other waterproofing products including a sump pump for him in the past. Now it became time to install a basement wall resurfacing/waterproofing. We installed our BrightWall® basement panels upon all the walls of this basement for a waterproof, moisture and vapor barrier that is also very easy to maintain and clean. Take a look at this transformation!
A customer in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts was experiencing a problem with water getting into her basement through a crack in the basement wall.
We installed a triplesafe sump pump system for her to pump out the water as soon as it enters the basement. Along with the sump pump, we also installed a landscape outlet, a dry track, and an ice guard Sump Pump Discharge line system. The ice guard system is a system designed to allow water to exit the system when the pipes freeze or are being blocked by other items.
This customer reached out to us because their basement was flooded recently during a heavy rainstorm. They have lived in the house about a year and had never before experienced water issues in their basement. We took a look and evaluated the need for a SuperSump sump pump, TrenchDrain with its lock and an IceGuard to keep things working despite freezing temps. We actually installed two SuperSumps to take care of this particular space.
This is one of the most dramatic transformations visually that anyone could really ask for when thinking about basement waterproofing. Besides a basement with feet of water flooding the space, the aftermath can be just as apalling. A Charlton, MA customer needed help with his basement that had water damage and needed to be repaired. We were proud to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system as well as our CleanSpace Wall System to serve as a vapor barrier and our TripleSafe Sump Pump. We also installed our IceGuard and LawnScape to complete the installation and waterproofing of this space.
A couple from Auburn, Massachusetts reached out to us regarding water seeping into their basement when the snow began melting this spring. We installed a triplesafe sump pump system in their basement in order to pump any future water out in a timely fashion, without allowing it to collect.
Our customer here in Auburn, MA needed some help with basement waterproofing. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the floor along with an access port, Zoeller M-53 Sump Pump, IceGuard, and a Lawnscape outlet. This before and after set shows the basement wall and floor before we installed and used cement to seal over the WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage System.
This customer in Athol, MA contacted us because he was watching water running down a slope in his back yard into his basement. Our team installed our patented CleanSpace wall vapor and moisture barrier as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this homeowner can be sure his basement will be dry despite the backyard slope!
A previous customer of Leader Basement Systems called us with a problem. He had water going into the apartment downstairs, and he had never experienced the problem before. He wanted to find out why, and solve the problem. He called the right place, AGAIN! We installed a Triplesafe sump pump system for him, and no more water has entered since!
Our WaterGuard Drainage System is the perfect solution for basement water leaks, as it is beneath the flooring and collects the water before it has the chance to get to the center of the floor. It works great alongside a sump pump system because the water trickles in through the WaterGuard that is directed into the sump pump where it gets shipped out and away from your home.
Here we have a customer who contacted us due to issues with water water leaking into his basement increasing this past year. According to the customer, the water is coming in through numerous places - including the floors! We got right over there as soon as we could and recommended our SuperSump Pump as well as our UltraSump Pump and our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
Here is a look at one of the Sump pumps we installed.
This customer was so impressed with our recommendations that he was sold the day of our initial appointment, which means we proudly offered him our Preferred Customer Discount!
Here you see the clear difference between the uneven/trip hazard floor and the level/safe floor after we have used our injection foam. Our PolyLevel Injection Foam is the most reliable and seemless way to lift and level out an uneven patio. When a part of your patio begins to settle we can inject our non-toxic and waterproof foam to even things out. You don't have to worry about an eye-sore after the work is complete either. We use cement to cover the tiny 5/8" areas where the foam has been injected.
