Foundation Repair Case Studies: Stabilize Farmer's Porch in Little Compton, RI

Challenge
This customer came to us with a new construction farmer's porch that needs stabilization. The interior slab is 50" long by 30" wide by .5" deep. The slab is poured inside of the foundation wall and is level with the top of the foundation wall. These walls have been custom built on top of the dropped floor.
Solution
The best option for stabilizing this flooring is to use PolyLevel Injection Foam, which is what we chose to do. Our PolyLevel is guaranteed to stabilize the foundation and it is a non-toxic, waterproof material that cures in as little as 20 minutes- a much less invasive option compared to mud jacking.
In this particular situation, we used 406lbs of PolyLevel and the customer's contractor will add floor leveler after the PolyLevel is installed.
